Return and exchange policy
We are always happy to process returns providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. As an online seller we have a duty to accept returns in line with consumer legislation.
We do however reserve the right to refuse returns under the following conditions:
- Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
- If any item you receive from us is damaged/defective, we kindly ask that you submit a return request within 3 days after the product has been received.
- If a package has been lost in transit, please kindly submit your claim to us no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Discounted products and e-liquid cannot be returned
- Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

REASONS FOR RETURNS
- Returned by Customer – Before sending your return back to us, please contact us and describe your problem with attached photos or videos and the reason for your return so that we can do everything we can to resolve your issue prior to the return.
- Please contact us at email@example.com before returning any products.
